To ensure each client receives thoughtful and individualized care, I invite new clients to complete this quick Client Interest Form. This helps me better understand your needs, intentions, and how I can best support you—especially if you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, nervous system stress, or holistic care for yourself, children, and family.

I review submissions regularly and will personally follow up with you, regardless of whether I have an immediate opening. If your request aligns with an available time, I’ll offer you a future appointment date and direct booking link. If not, I’ll still connect to acknowledge your request and keep you in mind for upcoming availability.

Returning clients who haven’t been seen in over a year are also encouraged to fill this out so we can reconnect based on your current needs.

If you were referred by someone connected to the practice, please include their name — I love knowing how our healing community continues to grow.
